The bondage of type
It's only illiterate people, foreigners and typographers who are able to see characters without reading them. The latter because of affinty, the other two because of ignorance. For everyone else, characters are merely functional, supposed is to store and reproduce information.
Hence huge numbers of fonts were created to correspond to the huge variety of possible contents.
But what do fonts look like when deprived of their meaning?
Typografism leads into illegibility, depriving fonts of their initial function.
Typografism supports the freedom of type!
